Spirit of Awesome Nusantara

ETYMOLOGY

The name “Awsumtara” comes from two words:

1. Awsum, a simplified spelling for “Awesome”, and
2. Nusantara, an old javanese term for the conquered territories of Majapahit Empire from Sabang to Merauke, corresponding to present-day Indonesia.

This font is made with a spirit of ethnicities of Nusantara, but with a modern touch.
